Shipping and Returns

CnS Comics works to provide consistent, personalized, and robust customer service. Below you’ll find detailed information regarding our shipping, exchange, and returns polices. We can only process refunds for unopened/unused products.

Shipping

Shipping cost vary by product:

  • Comics have a $7.00 flat rate shipping fee
  • Apparel has a $5.00 flat rate shipping fee
  • Bundles have a $10.00 flat rate shipping fee

Shipping times and expectations:

  • All orders ship between three and four weeks after purchase
  • Comics and posters are shipped in Gemini Mailers
  • Comics ship with bag and board (1 bag and board per 2 comics)
  • Apparel orders ship separately from comic and print orders, and may arrive at a different time

Refunds and Returns

Refunds must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in original packaging. Only unopened/unused products can be refunded due to the nature of our goods.

Refund Eligibility

Only certain items qualify for refund. Your refund will include the shipping and purchase amount for your original order. Please check eligibility below. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at any time.

  • Digital products are not eligible for refund
  • Limited items are not eligible for refund
  • Discount/Sale items are not eligible for refund
  • Gift Card purchases are not eligible for refund

There are certain situations where your refund or exchange might be declined:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Initiating a Return for Refund

  1. Take a picture of the package before opening
  2. Take a picture of the product being returned
  3. E-mail pictures to us by responding to the e-mail from your purchase order (you can include an explanation of the issue)
  4. You’ll receive an email response from our returns team, approving or denying your refund request
  5. Once the refund request is approved, the returned product can be shipped to: 341 S College Road Ste.11 PMB 3022, Wilmington NC 28403, at the customers expense.

Your refund will be started upon receipt of your returned item. You’ll receive an e-mail once the process has been initiated. All refunds should process within 30 days, depending on your method of payment and banking institution.

Exchange Policy

Products being exchanged due to damage/defect do not need to be returned. We will replace any goods you receive that are damaged or defective.

  • Only items received damaged/defected will be replaced
  • Digital products are not eligible for replacement
  • Limited items cannot be replaced
  • Discounted or Sale items are not eligible for replacement
  • Gift Card purchases are not eligible for refund
